This is a hand-woven basket made from madake bamboo. This soba strainer is professional-grade and is also used in specialty soba restaurants. It is carefully woven, so it has the strength to withstand several decades of use under normal conditions. Additionally, our workshop products can be repaired, so we hope you can use it without worry about damage. There are three size variations, and this one is the smallest size at 27 cm.
