真竹を縦混ぜ編み縁は黒竹で縁取った手編みのザルです。竹の乾燥から部品にするまで全て手作業で行っているため非常に手間と時間がかかりますが機械には分からない職人の目と肌で感じた感覚の部分も良い作品作りには欠かせない要素だと考え、手作り天日干しにこだわっております。こちらの蕎麦ザルは蕎麦の専門店に使用いただいているプロ仕様です。
丁寧に編んでありますので一般的な使用方法なら数十年の使用にも耐えられる強度があります。また当工房の商品は修理対応可能となっておりますので気兼ねなく使用いただけたら幸いです。
