This product is different from a typical colander, as it comes with a raised base, allowing you to display ingredients with a three-dimensional feel rather than on a flat surface. It pairs well not only with noodles but also with tempura. It is an original design colander with a raised base, made with madake bamboo as the main material and wrapped around with black bamboo.
